At TLC Companions New Jersey we understand that Wound Care at Home requires specialized care tailored to each individual’s needs. Our group of nurses and specialized care experts can provide hourly, daily, or around the clock care for you or your loved one’s.
All of our caregivers are certified home health aides (CHHA) who carry a current license from the New Jersey Board of Nursing and are authorized to provide both “hands off” companion care and “hands on” personal care.
All caregivers are thoroughly screened, background checked, bonded and frequently assessed during their employment to ensure that they are meeting TLC standards.
Our Wound Specialists can visit you or your loved one’s home and give them professional care to assist in healing.
TLC accepts long-term insurance and private pay. We are active members of several local Chambers of Commerce and are A plus rated members of the Better Business Bureau. TLC is compassionate about our commitment to care for our clients. We go that extra mile and are available 24/7.
We have gone to great lengths, at our own expense, to make sure that our caregivers are provided with the best PPE available. This assures their safety, as well as the safety of our clients. In addition to these expenses, we have been providing hazard pay to our caregivers since the beginning of this pandemic to show our gratitude to our courageous front line workers.

At TLC Companions Home Healthcare, we know it isn’t easy to invite a stranger into your home to provide personal care. That is why our companions are thoroughly screened through personal interviews and are observed on-site as well.
Each employee has a complete physical and criminal background check. Our companions receive in-service training on environmental safety, medical emergencies and infection control. They are assessed frequently during their employment to ensure continuity of care and client satisfaction
